So this weekend kicked off with my best friend D's birthday! Time to get sexy! Lol! We went to a cool sushi restaurant called Tatu in the hardrock. I had a yummy spice tuna roll. The ambiance was super cool! I can't wait to go back. I think our waiter was someone who went to our high school... Not sure because hs was 5 yrs ago!! But if was him; make that money brutha! After that we made a cameo at Pangea... And that's when the shenanigans started!! Woot woot party over here! Please note that this girl (meaning me) can't dance! And I refuse to dance with boys! Hahaha!

Woo!!Saturday!! So on this shenanigan filled day my friends and I went to art walk, there were food trucks and the galleries were all open to the public until 10pm. B4 M and I made it to our destination I was late picking her up (partly because I'm Caribbean and my dog Bella ran away and I had to go find her). Then we drove to downtown only to find out that the location was 12 miles totally in the opposite direction!! But once I got there the party started!! Woo hoo! We saw some great art, but next time I will go early so I can see all the exhibits. Then we some how found ourselves in the new south beach minus the beach, just having a good time eating Quesadillas!
On Sunday in remembrance of 9 11 I spent some time with my mentee.
Later that night I baked cookies and helped my friend build and Ikea bed and dresser
Now that Ikea bed was something! The instructions had no words just pictures... But I used my Bob the Builder skills and we put it together :)
What a long weekend! Work week here I come :)
